Derrick is currently president of Mobility City of St.Louis and SW Florida. He is pleased to be a part of a 50 unit franchise based in Boca Raton Florida. St. Louis native Wendy Wiese celebrated 40 years in broadcasting last year. After getting her start in Montgomery City, followed by radio stops in Joplin and Springfield, Wendy was 24 years old when the legendary general manager Robert Hyland (a Missouri Broadcasters Association 2011 Hall of Fame inductee) hired her to co-host KMOX’s “Total Information AM” morning show.
Wendy later moved to KTRS radio, where she currently partners with Jennifer Blome hosting “The Jennifer and Wendy Show” on The Big 550.
Wendy has also been a panelist on KETC-St. Louis’ “Donnybrook” television current affairs show since 2003. “Donnybrook” is PBS’s highest-rated locally-produced program in the United States.
Wendy is a past award recipient for broadcasting excellence from the Missouri Broadcasters Association, as well as recognition from Ohio State Radio and Television News Directors. She and her longtime radio partner, the late Bill Wilkerson (a Missouri Broadcasters Association 2023 Hall of Fame inductee) were honored by the St. Louis Press Club as “Media Persons of the Year” in 1999.
