Philanthropist and humanitarian Bilquis Bano Edhi passed away at a Karachi hospital at the age of 74 on Friday.
Her death was confirmed by her son Faisal Edhi. Her funeral will be held tomorrow (Saturday) at New Memon Mosque on MA Jinnah Road after Zuhr.
A spokesperson for the Edhi Foundation told that Bilquis was suffering from "multiple ailments". "She had heart problems in addition to lung issues," he said.
